Delicious live palourde clams sourced fresh in the UK. As with all shellfish, eat them as fresh as possible after delivery. For best storage, keep them in the fridge but be careful not to expose them to extreme cold. You can also cover with a damp towel or cloth to keep them from drying out.
These palourde clams are great all year round however they’re more abundant in the warmer months. Sourcing these locally greatly supports our British fishermen!
